Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Solutions Engineer will partner with Business Development and Customer Success teams to close new revenue opportunities by leading technical solutioning and consulting phases for prospective and existing customers. They will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, present Marqeta's technical capabilities to customer stakeholders, and design solutions in partnership with internal teams. Additionally, they will act as a trusted technical advisor and liaison for clients, participate in new product release trainings, assist with beta testing, and provide feedback to internal product teams as the 'voice of the customer'. The role also involves leading internal knowledge sharing sessions and process improvements to enhance organizational capabilities.
