Requirements

Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or technical customer success, preferably within fintech, trading, or crypto industries. Proficiency in demonstrating complex technical platforms, including APIs like REST, FIX, and WebSocket, is essential. Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles, leading proofs-of-concept (POCs), and onboarding clients is required. Strong analytical thinking for diagnosing issues, debugging integrations, and designing solutions is necessary. Basic to intermediate skills in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java are needed to understand code, build sample integrations, and create tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for technical presentations, demos, RFPs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will act as the technical product lead during the sales cycle, collaborating with account executives to identify prospect needs, deliver customized demos, design solutions, and create documentation. They will lead the technical implementation and onboarding for new clients, creating and presenting solution designs and best practices. Responsibilities include building and maintaining technical resources like documentation and integration guides, managing RFPs and security reviews, and coordinating with Compliance, Security, and Legal teams. The role also involves providing ongoing client support by accepting and triaging inquiries, debugging issues, escalating effectively, and communicating updates within SLAs. Conducting business reviews with clients, monitoring KPIs, and proposing optimizations are key. The engineer will partner with Product and Engineering to support product development, including QA, documentation, enablement materials, and beta programs. They will systematically capture and synthesize client feedback to inform the product roadmap.
