The Staff Product Operations Manager will orchestrate end-to-end product launches by coordinating with go-to-market teams, including Sales Enablement, Docs, Support, and Marketing. They will manage external-facing product management engagements, such as roadmap presentations and customer feedback loops, and partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure they have the necessary product assets and positioning. The manager will also drive cross-functional alignment on product innovation, establish interlock processes between Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams, and develop frameworks and tooling to improve product quality and speed. Additionally, they will build systems for collecting and acting on user feedback, drive experimentation processes, and maintain a single source of truth for the product roadmap. The role also involves owning processes for contractual commitments, PRDs, beta programs, and product release definitions, as well as driving key EPD rituals like monthly all-hands, product demos, and Board of Directors deck completion.
