Manager, Product Operations - Care Delivery

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $123,700 - $155,500 (base salary)

As a Manager, Product Operations on Ro’s Care Delivery team, you will be instrumental in optimizing non-clinical workflows, collaborating with the Product team on new initiatives, and driving continuous process improvement. You will work closely with Product teams to understand the impact of new launches and with frontline teams to update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your role will involve analyzing key metrics, sharing insights, making recommendations, and implementing solutions to drive incremental improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support and optimize core business processes, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver results and a capacity to delve into data for process enhancement.


Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize core non-clinical operational processes supporting Ro’s frontline teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence and execute seamless roll-outs of new launches.
  • Establish and monitor key business metrics following roll-outs, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc data analyses and propose solutions/optimizations.
  • Create and deliver memos with key insights and recommendations to inform and influence stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional projects and processes impacting non-clinical frontline teams.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., top-tier management consulting, investment banking) and/or at a high-growth startup (e.g., Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff).
  • Ideally, experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, with the ability to analyze data deeply and improve processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consider diverse perspectives (including frontline teams), influence cross-functional partners, and tailor messaging.
  • Demonstrated operational skills, with the ability to focus on detailed execution and provide strategic direction.
  • Proficiency in modeling and data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets. Looker experience is a plus.
  • Possess a "Full ownership" and "Deliver Results" mindset.
