Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, product operations, or go-to-market operations, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product or feature launches. A strong understanding of product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies is essential, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence is expected, and prior experience with pricing and finance teams is a strong plus. PMP certification is also a qualification.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Operations Manager will own the end-to-end launch readiness process for product releases, coordinating all go-to-market readiness activities and aligning stakeholders across departments. Responsibilities include defining pricing models in collaboration with Product and Finance teams, ensuring pricing strategy alignment, and coordinating pricing-related systems. They will also manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics, drive readiness reviews, create project documentation, and serve as a point of contact for tracking and resolving launch blockers. Additionally, they will build and refine scalable launch frameworks, establish KPIs, and conduct post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
