As a Compensation Associate Manager at Pacvue, you will play a critical role in providing global consultation and support across a wide range of Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and maintain a global job architecture and pay philosophy.
- Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters including salary structure development, job evaluations, and competitive pay recommendations.
- Supporting the execution of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and other cyclical pay initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and internal equity standards.
- Administering and updating the company’s equity compensation plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyzing compensation and related employee data to provide actionable insights for HR and business leadership. Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that showcase the information, trends, and insights.
- Managing compensation data within HR systems and partnering with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization.
- Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting related to compensation.
- Participating in compensation and Total Rewards benchmarking surveys to inform and enhance Pacvue’s compensation strategy and practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ Years of related compensation experience, including Sales Compensation; experience in payroll administration is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, Culture Amp, Lattice) and compensation management tools.
- Familiarity with equity plan administration.
- Experience with advising and supporting key stakeholders, providing them with data, data insights, and philosophy that align with internal comp practices and are relevant to the business.
