Candidates should possess 5+ years of related compensation experience, including sales compensation, with payroll administration experience being a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups, is required, alongside familiarity with equity plan administration and HRIS platforms such as ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, Culture Amp, or Lattice.
As a Compensation Associate Manager, the individual will collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards to design and maintain a global job architecture and pay philosophy, advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation matters including salary structure development and competitive pay recommendations. They will support the execution of annual compensation processes, ensure adherence to wage and hour regulations and pay transparency requirements, administer equity compensation plans, analyze compensation data to provide actionable insights, manage compensation data within HR systems, and assist with audits and compliance reviews. Furthermore, they will participate in compensation benchmarking surveys to inform Pacvue’s compensation strategy.
