Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist

Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist is a strategic partner responsible for overseeing and optimizing the tools and technologies that enable the global recruitment process. This role requires collaboration with the TA delivery teams, operations partners, HRTO, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Define success metrics for all recruitment technologies and continuously evaluate their performance to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals and long-term TA strategy.
  • Leverage analytics to assess system usage, adoption trends, and process bottlenecks across the global TA function.
  • Present findings and recommendations to TA leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Sign off on tech-related testing and integrations to enable a streamlined TA process.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for new tools, integrations, or process improvements to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders, and HRTO to troubleshoot various issues, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Lead the implementation of new tools, process enhancements, or system integrations, bridging the gap between process and tech.
  • Work closely with HRTO and IT to provide requirements for current and/or new tech tools.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of tech experience in TA or HR Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and vet TA tech vendors, including gathering business requirements, comparing tools, and managing demos.
  • Industry knowledge of available tech tools.
  • Prior experience leading or participating in a tech implementation.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Experience with system integrations and testing within HR/TA environments.
  • Knowledge of TA processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Recruiting Experience
  • Understanding of Workday architecture and how it integrates with third-party recruitment tools and services.

Location

  • This role is based remotely.
  • If you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $85,100 - $135,900. The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
