Recruiting Coordinator

Position Overview

GoFundMe is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruiting operations and help bring amazing talent into our mission-driven organization. Candidates considered for this role must be located in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage communication with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post job openings on job boards, the company careers page, and social media channels.
• Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions.
• Support the recruiting team with projects such as employer branding, recruiting metrics tracking, sourcing, and process improvements.
• Help organize recruiting events, job fairs, and career days.
• Act as a point of contact for candidate inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the recruiting team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (internships included).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
• Experience with ATS software is a plus (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
