Position Overview

  • Location Type: Onsite, Remote, Hybrid (Minimal travel required)

  • Salary: $106,171 - $159,257 (Annual, depending on experience and qualifications)

Principal Consultants will be expected to deliver superior results to clients within the Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions space. This role involves executing day-to-day activities, serving as a functional expert, conducting customer sessions, developing solutions, and providing subject matter expertise. Support will also be provided for Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews, business development activities, and sharing product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday Experience: Experience developing Recruiting and Admissions specific reports on Workday.
  • Project Leadership: Project leadership experience in support of overall direction and delivery of analytic solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Strong Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting and Admissions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions consultant.
  • Serve as a functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas, and future product direction.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge.
  • Develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
  • Actively share product knowledge with others to grow the Workday practice.
  • Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews to achieve design and build sign-off.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.
