Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related field, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Deep technical expertise in identity and access management (IAM), MDM, authorization, security best practices, and cloud environments is required, along with proven experience in competitive intelligence and developing technical collateral, preferably with a security and identity focus. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are essential for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience nurturing technical partnerships and engaging with Solutions teams to create reference architectures is also necessary. Security certifications and compliance-related qualifications are a plus.
The Sr Technical Marketing Manager will drive technical go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging. This role involves developing technical content, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials to showcase solution value to security professionals, IT/Security decision-makers, and partners. Responsibilities include creating demos, whitepapers, webinars, and technical guides, leading competitive analysis, refining market positioning, and collaborating with product management and sales engineers to create demos and enable field teams. The role also entails articulating the joint value of technology partnerships and driving solution adoption through reference architectures.
