A strong understanding of AI, NLP, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage enterprise customer accounts is required. Experience with AI CX CCaaS contact center technologies is a plus.
