Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on digital customer experience, and a proven track record of leading strategic account growth. Strong experience in the Telco vertical is highly desirable, along with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing account strategies and building relationships with C-level executives.
The Principal, Business Development - Digital CX will identify target accounts to optimize services, communicate TELUS Digital’s and WillowTree’s capabilities to clients, articulate product features to successfully implement technology solutions, collaborate with teams to craft proposals and SOWs, cultivate and extend client relationships, team-sell through RFP responses, advise internal teams on industry trends, maintain relationships with technology partners, and stay abreast of industry advancements in generative AI and conversational AI.
