Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of relevant design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative end-to-end user journey solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks across strategic initiatives is required. The role also requires experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications, and advocating for design value across the company. Preferred qualifications include experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes and influencing skills to improve product design processes.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Staff Product Designer will lead large, cross-product initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences that influence product strategy and transform how people work. They will drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experiences, design languages, and frameworks across domains or strategic initiatives. This role involves providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams, and sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.
