Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Design Manager will work with a team of designers on foundational product areas, owning the non-developer adoption strategy by designing experiences that reduce cognitive load for product managers, project managers, and executives. Responsibilities include leading cross-stage initiatives, executing against measurable outcomes like CSAT improvements and adoption increases, identifying growth opportunities for designers, driving UX debt resolution across key features, and helping the team understand and implement UX processes.
