The Senior UX Researcher will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to uncover insights that shape strategy and execution. Responsibilities include defining scalable and repeatable research practices, leading generative and evaluative studies to inform product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights drive decisions. The role also involves synthesizing and sharing research findings clearly, measuring and demonstrating the value of research, and championing the customer by advocating for users in strategic and tactical conversations.
