Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of product design experience, with a minimum of 5 years in design leadership roles. Proven experience in planning and executing design strategies in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership is required, along with the ability to scale teams of 5-15 designers in fast-paced SaaS environments. Deep expertise in end-to-end SaaS product design and user experience strategy is essential, as is proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools. Excellent communication skills with executive-level influence are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Product Design will lead the design organization and drive exceptional user experiences across the Agentic platform, reporting to the VP of Product. Responsibilities include building and scaling a world-class design team, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of innovation. The role involves defining a design strategy centered on AI, elevating UX/UI, and creating fluid customer journeys. This includes collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to build high-quality functionality, establishing scalable design operations, design systems, and quality standards, and driving innovation by leveraging AI-powered design tools. The Head of Product Design will also demonstrate design's impact on core business KPIs and user satisfaction, while reducing design debt and increasing design-driven experimentation.
