Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in a content strategy role, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and proven success in developing effective content strategies. They should be able to create and deliver content strategy for multiple products and teams, have facilitation and leadership skills to work across multiple teams and bridge gaps between product areas, and be experienced in design systems and creating common content patterns and guidelines.

Responsibilities

As a Lead UX Writer, the candidate will lead the strategic vision and advance the UX Writing discipline at Zoom, apply systems thinking to drive improved UX writing outcomes for users, coach writers, designers, and product partners to ensure consistent and cohesive experiences, conduct writing reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members, host training sessions to scale content strategy across design, product, and engineering, demonstrate expertise in content strategy, operations, and effective communications, define content testing strategy in partnership with the UX Research team, and collaborate with the Design Systems team to maintain and create up-to-date content guidelines.
