Candidates must possess a clinical background (RN, NP, LCSW, PT) or at least 5 years of direct healthcare experience within an ACO, Provider Organization, or Health Plan. A deep operational understanding of cross-continuum care collaboration workflows and alternative payment models, including value-based care, is required. Familiarity with healthcare technology such as EHR, care management, and population health systems is necessary. Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally are essential. Candidates must have easy access to an airport and be willing to travel 35-40% across the US and Canada. People leadership experience of 2+ years is preferred.
This role will lead the Acute and Payer (A&P) Solution Design team, providing product and healthcare subject matter expertise to acute care providers, risk-bearing entities, and post-acute organizations to drive client value and sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating with Sales to understand customer needs and pitch products, and supporting the transition to professional services. The lead will partner with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver messaging and represent the voice of the customer to drive innovation in use cases and engagement across different healthcare landscapes.
