The Opportunity

The Adobe Field Readiness and Enablement (FRE) team empowers our field organization with the appropriate skills, information, and practical application of learning to succeed in their role and meet Adobe business objectives. We provide high-quality learning experiences and educational opportunities for new and tenured employees that increase their performance.

As the Sr. Program Manager for Platform Experience, you will lead all aspects of the complete user experience. This includes improving the internal learning platform by identifying and implementing solutions to address technical business challenges, ensuring a cohesive learning experience.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of global learning technologies to deliver a seamless, scalable learner experience.
  • Manage the RFP process for revenue enablement platforms, including vendor evaluation, collaborator alignment, and integration planning.
  • Oversee the phased migration to a modern enablement tech stack by H2 FY26, ensuring cross-functional alignment and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and vendor teams to shape the platform roadmap, including Adobe Digital University and UI enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary learning technology expert, leading issue discovery, triage, and resolution.
  • Evaluate new technologies and modalities to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
  • Conduct discovery to define Field Readiness & Enablement (FRE) learner journeys and recommend a unified experience.
  • Drive project planning and execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, and successful quarterly launches.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across platforms to keep teams informed and aligned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience leading platform strategy and enablement technology initiatives in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems, preferably Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), and digital learning ecosystems, with a strong grasp of integration points and data/reporting flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale RFPs and vendor relationships, with a focus on aligning technology to business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; able to synthesize feedback, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience with gamification, AI coaching tools, and modern learning modalities is a strong plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
