Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years of search marketing experience, including hands-on-keyboard proficiency in managing SEM, pMAX, and YouTube programs. They must have experience managing complex accounts with annual budgets exceeding $XX million, demonstrate a track record of driving business impact through product/service launches or efficiency improvements, and be capable of analyzing data from various systems to identify trends and communicate insights. Responsibilities

The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting channel strategy and leading core SEM, pMAX, and YouTube channels to drive new patient starts growth across Rula’s comprehensive patient care solution, spanning therapy and psychiatry. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage a contractor to execute strategy, and advise on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and working with fully in-house or lean hybrid teams.
