Candidates must have over 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns within a growth-focused company, agency, or tech startup. A deep understanding of running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube is essential, along with solid knowledge of paid search (Google Ads), including keyword strategy, bidding, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with growth channels such as CTV, digital/in-person events, and dedicated sponsorships is also required, as are strong analytical skills for data interpretation and creative thinking for ad optimization.
The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will own and manage the company's paid social media strategy, execution, and performance across various platforms, developing full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves partnering with design, social, and content teams to optimize creative assets for paid campaigns, collaborating on paid search strategy, and managing testing frameworks for both SEM and paid social. Responsibilities also include analyzing campaign data to identify trends and optimize performance against KPIs, testing and scaling new paid social platforms and audience segments, managing budgets and forecasts, and leveraging data to spot content trends and emerging creators for amplification in paid social strategy. Additionally, the manager will work with analytics partners to build dashboards and improve attribution.
