A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs, along with experience in branded writing, content creation, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a passion for staying current with SEO trends and a business-minded approach to supporting the customer journey.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for executing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online presence, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, and URL structures. This role involves performing technical SEO audits, monitoring and analyzing SEO performance metrics, and collaborating with content creators and SMEs to develop and optimize high-quality content. The specialist will also stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes, support the Marketing team in integrating SEO into broader initiatives, and assist in creating SEO-related reporting dashboards and optimizing for other search algorithms like YouTube and Pinterest.
