A deep understanding of enterprise customer segments, including long sales cycles and buying committees, is required, along with international B2B marketing experience. Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, CRM systems like Salesforce, and martech tools like Marketo is necessary. Proficiency in full-funnel marketing strategies, including ABM and content marketing, is expected, as is an analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics and Looker. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also crucial.
The Sr Performance and Demand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue, with a focus on enterprise segments. This role involves overseeing performance marketing channels, both online and offline, and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns targeting B2B new business and expansion segments globally. Responsibilities include defining and managing the overarching paid media strategy, optimizing paid acquisition efforts across various channels for enterprise audiences, and building and refining full-funnel performance marketing tactics for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. The manager will design and execute ABM strategies across paid channels and collaborate closely with the revenue marketing team to ensure alignment.
