Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
6-8 years’ experience preferred, including 2+ years of people management experience
In-depth understanding of different financial products, capital markets, and regulations, or experience in Investment banking operations preferably in Derivatives Documentations
Data analysis skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective coaching/training skills
Client service orientation, quality focus, organization, and planning skills
Resiliency and effective change management skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness with excellent client service ethos and ability to communicate effectively with onshore team
Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management (a plus)
Detail oriented, task driven, with strong work ethic, able to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to contribute and manage work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Understand client’s regulatory outreach requirements and assist in designing and implementing outreach campaigns using Outreach360 platform
Provide operational support based on customer requirements for one or more products, including setting up accounts and users, researching entities, creating custom branded email templates, and conducting outreach to support global investment banks or asset managers on regulatory and compliance needs
Become highly skilled in regulatory matters related to ISDA, CFTC, SEC, ISLA etc., and maintain operational processes by creating SOPs, playbooks, and FAQs for client communication
Serve as subject matter expert by assisting peers and leadership, implement quality control review of operational activities, and work with business partners to validate integrity of data and documents for Regulatory and Compliance platforms
Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and conduct project-specific tasks in line with assigned projects
Develop thorough understanding of IHS Markit’s ISDA Amend platform to assist clients in regulatory outreach campaign execution and track/assist in client queries as a managed services offering
