Responsibilities

  • Report on critical metrics (coverage, cycle time, sprint predictability, developer satisfaction)
  • Work with Technical Program Managers to integrate documentation checkpoints into release trains
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
