Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr Operations Manager will partner with leadership to ensure resource alignment with critical business areas, collaborate with leaders to assess resource needs, develop strategic plans, and allocate resources effectively. Key responsibilities include managing capacity planning and analytics for various teams, forecasting resource needs based on pipeline and project priorities, allocating and scheduling resources based on project requirements and organizational priorities, monitoring employee workload and utilization, and collaborating with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate resource records, tracking and reporting on resource utilization, implementing and maintaining resource management tools and processes, and providing support on resource management issues.
