The Role: Carrot is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support our growing global presence, with a focus on EMEA. This role will be instrumental in driving localized marketing efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging resonates in target markets. The ideal candidate has experience launching products in EMEA, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to support a variety of marketing initiatives, from content development to campaign execution.

Team

  • This role sits on the Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
  • Carrot’s Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global sales and customer success teams to develop localized marketing materials that support regional goals.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Design Team to create and adapt content for target markets, ensuring alignment with Carrot’s brand and messaging.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, the Director of Comms, Global Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape our messaging in target markets.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive awareness and engagement in EMEA.
  • Assist with Product Marketing efforts, helping to refine messaging and positioning for new product launches in the region.
  • Research market trends and customer insights to inform localized marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update regional marketing assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends in target markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience
  • Based in the UK
  • Experience launching products in EMEA and tailoring marketing strategies for regional audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and creative teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
