ABC Fitness Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team in the UK health club industry. This role is instrumental in driving business growth across North America and helping health clubs succeed by prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional value. The ideal candidate will focus on the bigger picture, helping businesses in the health and fitness industry thrive. We value accountability, ethics, and a genuine care for customers and integrity. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market through prospecting, calls, emails, social media, and more.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, helping them maximize their partnership with ABC Fitness.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that align with client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations, ensuring ABC Fitness offerings stay competitive in the UK market.
- Work with customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the UK to promote ABC Fitness and uncover new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on ABC’s suite of technology products and services to maintain expertise.
- Complete Quarterly Business Plans and submit Expense Reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or related experience in the health club or fitness industry (fewer years required with a degree).
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, particularly in the UK market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with the UK health and fitness industry, including market trends and key players, is a plus.
