Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's or MBA preferred, and have over 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain/asset management, client management, or data analysis/forecasting, preferably within the healthcare industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams and projects, working cross-functionally, and demonstrating success in process enhancement through root cause analysis is also required. Preferred qualifications include being an execution-oriented leader, a self-starter adept at strategic planning, skilled in complex problem-solving and managing complexity across diverse groups, analytical and data-driven with a focus on process improvement, and an effective communicator capable of influencing without direct authority.
The Regional Capacity Lead will be responsible for leading the region's capacity performance targets, optimizing clinician roster strategies and utilization based on supply and demand drivers, and strengthening accountability for operational results. This role involves daily monitoring of trends and metrics to optimize performance and manage risks related to supply constraints. Key duties include partnering with regional leadership to align demand and supply expectations, generating capacity plans and forecasts for the region, directing clinician roster assignments and utilization, preparing supply and demand balancing scenarios, and analyzing trade-offs. The role also requires monitoring capacity-related metrics and managing relationships with stakeholders who influence results.
