  • Deep understanding of Virtuous products (Raise, CRM, Momentum, BI, Analytics, Insights) and how customers use them day-to-day (product expert)
  • Ability to coordinate across customer success, product marketing, field marketing, and product teams
  • Skills in crafting compelling communications and campaigns to deepen engagement and drive expansion

Responsibilities

  • Own customer expansion marketing: build and manage programs to drive upsell and cross-sell across Virtuous products
  • Partner with CX, Marketing, and Sales to identify expansion signals and create tailored nurture journeys
  • Develop and manage customer lifecycle campaigns tied to renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Build ROI and use-case content to enable CSMs to accelerate expansion
  • Collaborate with RevOps and CX to measure and optimize marketing-sourced and influenced NRR
  • Partner with Marketing to launch usage-based upsell campaigns
  • Manage customer gifting (Sendoso), incentives, and engagement touchpoints for retention and upsell
  • Turn customers into advocates: manage champions, reference calls, speakers, testimonials, and content contributors
  • Develop customer-facing communication programs (email newsletters, product updates, webinars) to reinforce ROI and adoption
  • Create vertical-specific case studies tying customer success to measurable impact
  • Celebrate customer milestones and outcomes through content, campaigns, and community recognition
  • Partner with Field Marketing and CX to plan and execute customer dinners, user events, and virtual experiences
  • Manage Ambassador Program and reference program to recognize advocacy and feed expansion opportunities
  • Build customer storytelling pipeline for marketing content and sales enablement
  • Holistically manage all customer communications: strategically plan outreach, ensure team alignment, avoid over-communicating
