Demonstrated ability to negotiate sophisticated deals valued at 6 and 7 figures, including understanding intricate terms, conditions, and price pressures, is essential. Familiarity with Sales Force and Clari is advantageous. The role requires a self-starter who thrives with limited direction, maintains high standards, and possesses the ability to travel extensively.
The Sr. Director Strategic Sales will be responsible for surpassing short, mid, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas. They will establish and maintain strong connections with top enterprise customers and key ICT partners, while also recruiting and cultivating a robust partner ecosystem to drive growth. This role involves establishing and leading a skilled and motivated team of Account Executives, SE's, Channel Managers, and other functional leadership roles. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with functional leadership to drive business growth, strengthening OEM relationships, and collaborating with corporate leaders to meet requirements and adhere to global standard processes. The position also requires coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams and focusing on operational cadence to optimize business management.
