The Senior Director, Sales Support & Operations will develop sales support operation strategies for delivering outstanding services for Enterprise Accounts, ensuring contractual terms are met, and educating internal partners and clients. They will resolve advanced service calls, assist in preparing client business reviews, partner with enterprise-wide brands to market sales opportunities, monitor policies and procedures, ensure successful contract closure and candidate placements, evaluate job performance, and initiate appropriate personnel actions.
