Requirements

The Sr. Customer Success Manager must reside near a major airport in an EST time zone and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. A strong understanding of CDK products and the automotive industry is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealership management. Experience in identifying and mitigating client risk factors, creating prospecting opportunities, and utilizing analytics to identify trends is also required. Familiarity with Totango is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success by understanding their business needs and driving the value of CDK solutions. This includes maximizing product adoption, achieving client value, minimizing churn, and identifying additional revenue opportunities. Key duties involve fielding client questions, directing them to support resources, assisting with strategy development, maintaining and building relationships, demonstrating product expertise, assessing risk factors, collaborating with sales and marketing, preparing client reports, identifying training needs, making recommendations on best practices, and mentoring junior staff.
