Requirements

  • Experience: 5 years of successful sales closing experience, preferably in B2B software.
  • Achievement: Consistent achievement of quota.
  • Skills:
    • Proven application of value skills selling at all levels of customer engagement.
    • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Prior experience with MS Office Suite.
    • Experience with CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce.com).

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Focus on selling Creative Cloud Gen AI solutions and additional cross-sell products to the existing Corporate customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Spend time with customers in the field and at events to understand their challenges and educate them on Adobe’s position in the market.
  • Deal Development: Drive consistent pipeline generation via outbound activity (customer outreach and contract follow-up).
  • Negotiation & Closing: Deal qualification & contract negotiation, passionate about solution selling and adding customer value.
  • Executive Communication: Articulate the Creative Cloud solutions and benefits to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast and lead pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis, maintaining accurate reporting in a CRM tool.
  • Relationship Building: Ensure customer satisfaction with current and prospective clients.
  • Innovation: Comfortable engaging with C-level contacts within all named accounts.
