Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a growth, performance marketing, or direct-response environment, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects are a plus), experience creating ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid media platforms, and a strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, including CTA design, visual hierarchy, and conversion optimization. They should also be able to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs for improved results, and possess strong collaboration skills within a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Responsibilities

As the Growth Graphic Designer, you will create high-impact visuals for paid ads, landing pages, and other growth initiatives to drive conversions and optimize performance, analyze creative performance, iterate on designs, and A/B test to improve results, develop multiple creative variations, test quickly, and refine based on data insights, keep up with platform changes and emerging design trends, and work closely with both the creative and marketing teams to execute fast-moving campaigns.
