We are seeking a Growth Graphic Designer to create high-performing visuals that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, thereby helping us scale our impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design for Growth: Create high-impact visuals for paid ads, landing pages, and other growth initiatives to drive conversions and optimize performance.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Analyze creative performance, iterate on designs, and conduct A/B testing to improve results.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Develop multiple creative variations, test them quickly, and refine designs based on data insights.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with platform changes, emerging design trends, and best practices to maximize engagement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with both the creative and marketing teams to execute fast-moving campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
  • Platform Experience: Experience creating ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, as well as other paid media platforms.
  • Marketing Understanding: A solid understanding of direct response marketing principles, including CTA design, visual hierarchy, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs for improved results.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a fast-paced, iterative work environment.
