Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, Trellix, Chronicle, Exabeam, Sumo Logic, or similar, and SOAR solutions like CrowdStrike Fusion, Palo Alto XSOAR, or Splunk Demisto, in a professional services consulting role. They should also have intermediate knowledge of Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and traditional IT services, along with experience creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts using languages like Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, YAML, REST API, GO, Cribl, Postman, and other relevant tools and standards.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, the individual will work independently providing best-in-class delivery and integration services to organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers mature outcomes using next-generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features and functionality. They will also provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers, work with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and facilitate post-sales handoffs. Furthermore, they will develop internal relationships to partner with key stakeholders and influence product enhancements based on customer needs, and create documentation to transfer deployment knowledge.
