Senior Consultant, LogScale NGSIEM

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping customers achieve better security outcomes through advanced log management and data analytics.

As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical discussions, demonstrating the capabilities of Falcon LogScale and its NGSIEM features, and outlining a technical vision for their adoption of Falcon LogScale and/or NGSIEM. You will collaborate closely with Falcon NGSIEM and LogScale engineers, as well as other cross-functional teams, to operationalize LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments. Your responsibilities will include helping customers discover the potential of Falcon NGSIEM and LogScale, expanding their use cases, and providing valuable feedback to the Product Management teams. You will also foster internal relationships to influence product enhancements that meet customer needs.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States, with the possibility of limited travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Independently deliver best-in-class integration and delivery services to a diverse range of organizations and industries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward mature security outcomes utilizing next-generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features and functionalities.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to our customers.

Requirements

We are looking for a colleague with a strong commitment to customer success, coupled with well-rounded technical, analytical, and customer service skills. A collaborative spirit is essential, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions (e.g., Falcon LogScale, Splunk, Trellix, Chronicle, Exabeam, Sumo Logic) and SOAR (e.g., CrowdStrike Fusion, Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk Demisto) in a professional services consulting role or similar capacity.
    • Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and with post-sales handoffs.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SIEM skills and best practices, including log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts.
    • Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and traditional IT services (Active Directory, authentication, networking, data storage).
    • Experience creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts using languages, tools, and standards such as Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, GO, Cribl, Postman, etc.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Great compassion for customer care and problem-solving.
    • Strong analytical and customer service skills.
    • Appreciation for teamwork and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Documentation:
    • Experience developing documentation and transferring knowledge of deployments to customers.
