Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2 to 5 years of Workday Integrations experience. Required skills include rich experience in Outbound and Inbound integrations, developing custom APIs (RaaS), and Workday public APIs (SOAP and REST). Knowledge of XML and XSLTs is also necessary, along with experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. A Workday Integration and/or Extend certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant will manage the Integration/Extend workstream for assigned accounts, applying various AMS & Implementation methodologies in Workday HCM and/or FINS engagements. This role involves collaborating with the GDC team on daily activities, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and other work requests, while also providing on-call support and holiday coverage as needed. Responsibilities include adhering to SLA constructs, coordinating with stakeholders for business impact, contributing to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice, and proactively developing reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization. The consultant will also work with clients to resolve issues impacting project scope or timeframe, maintain the Workday platform focusing on reporting, business process maintenance, security administration, data loads, and data audits, and ensure system design meets user needs. Additionally, the role requires leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, ensuring timely project deliverables, and driving continual business process improvements.
