Requirements

  • 7+ years of GTM, Sales, and/or Marketing recruiting experience in high-growth startups or at fast-paced companies of scale
  • Previous experience evaluating candidates for a range of business roles, across multiple levels, including GTM and Marketing leadership
  • Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process end-to-end
  • Strong sourcing skills, with enjoyment in sourcing positions, nurturing, and building relationships with passive talent
  • Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable in a high-growth environment
  • Low ego, growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact
  • Within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Seattle hub

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring for critical roles across GTM, Marketing, Comms, and Policy teams, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders with a consultative approach to influence decisions, shape strategies, and align with business goals
  • Source strong talent by experimenting and partnering with hiring managers to reach top candidates via creative channels beyond LinkedIn
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter, handling sourcing, screening, managing candidates through interviews, and closing
  • Juggle pipelines for 5-10 (or more) open roles of varying complexity and seniority at any given time
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, screening rubrics, and guiding the hiring process
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth rough edges in the recruiting process
  • Uplevel the recruiting team by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and building a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and standardize workflows for company growth
  • Emphasize diversity by using traditional and creative methods to bring new points of view and encourage inclusive hiring practices
