Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of recruiting or operations experience in a diverse and high-growth organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with available support. They should also possess a consistent record of professional and academic achievement, respect for privacy and confidentiality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to flex to handle any situation proactively in a dynamic work environment. Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem is a bonus, as is experience sourcing for engineering candidates.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all candidates. They will work to build out the Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies, keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented, anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent, contribute to sourcing projects, and join forces with the Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve inclusive hiring objectives. They will also engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement.
