The Sr. Associate, Pharmaceutical Sales will be responsible for covering a large territory in South Georgia, focusing on a defined target list of physicians and practitioners. Responsibilities include building disease awareness, collaborating on prior authorization, payor restrictions, and reimbursement, managing the sales budget, and growing sales through impactful territory plans. The role involves employing business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks, growing relationships with partners and communities, implementing compliant programs, visiting customers according to their importance and potential, managing accounts for all business-related aspects, developing fruitful relations with customers and opinion leaders, participating in and conducting meetings and events, establishing and presenting action plans to achieve sales targets, planning and tracking account metrics, staying informed on market evolution, coordinating trainings and product presentations, and prospecting the market for new accounts and growth opportunities. Associates will manage their own workload and schedule while hitting targets, build positive working relationships, and balance experiencing new environments while working autonomously in a remote sales environment.
