Responsibilities

Responsibilities include keeping customers informed about market trends, soliciting and closing sales, managing leads and customers in the CRM system, and managing aged inventory and accounts receivable. The Account Manager will also coordinate orders and deliveries with the internal team, develop programs based on customer needs, and create plans for business growth. They must focus on meeting business plans, conducting Customer Business Reviews, introducing new products, expanding market reach, and preparing various reports and correspondence. The role involves generating sales, negotiating effectively to grow sales, and understanding financial concepts like gross margin and the company's collection process.
