Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in Marketing, Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals. Experience with the "concept selling" process is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills are essential. The ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans is required. Candidates must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any other required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will manage the sales of respiratory care products within the assigned territory, including selling capital and disposable products. They will build and manage a sales pipeline, develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include providing sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM records, delivering in-service education and training, offering technical support, and providing feedback on market conditions. The role also involves adhering to budget guidelines and supporting industry trade shows. This is a remote position requiring residence in the Los Angeles area with 20-50% overnight travel.
