  • At least 2-4 years experience in medical devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • High level of English fluency and Arabic language skills
  • Role based in Riyadh
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% in Central Region

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement Equipment Support plan for designated client base or specific programs to support patient journey and position Alcon brands as technical/scientific support
  • Drive promotion and development in designated accounts
  • Develop customer-centric strategy and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, align on objectives, and execute
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers
  • Acquire thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives
  • Lead preparation of strategies and tactical plans, providing strategic input on analysis, future potential, and key programs for accounts
  • Prepare required support for newly launched products and guide company initiatives targeting specific accounts
  • Analyze market share, including competitive intelligence on key accounts and competitors
  • Organize customer events and programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with support and tactical plans
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping, segmentation, profiling, and provide accurate/timely data for Alcon CRM system
  • Establish and implement KPI plans for designated client base
