Requirements

Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse or distribution center is required. A motivated, fast learner eager to contribute across all areas of a start-up is needed. Strong interest in learning how to build and scale a growing business is essential. Experience in IT fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer orders are shipped on time by working with the wider order operations team. Prepare products for dispatch to customers, including picking and packing. Maintain inventory accuracy within product categories through cycle counting and stock-takes. Become involved in projects and sprints designed to increase the capacity and scalability of the organization. Perform hands-on start-up operations tasks and grow into new roles as they arise. Undertake additional 'all hands on deck' tasks as part of the startup experience.
