The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare operations, or support role, preferably within mental health or SUD settings. They must be comfortable with high call volumes and sensitive conversations, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be tech-proficient with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
The Specialty Care Member Engagement Associate will make a high volume of outbound calls to members, engaging them with warmth and professionalism to connect them with appropriate next steps and information about Spring Health’s Specialty Care programs. This role involves supporting warm handoffs to clinical providers, accurately documenting all outreach attempts and outcomes, and following escalation protocols for member needs. Additionally, the associate will participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing coaching to enhance member experience and efficiency.
