Position Overview

Jerry is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting existing customers with changes to their insurance policies through partnerships with over 55 insurance carriers. You'll handle tasks like processing service requests, answering policy questions, and proactively working to retain customers. If you’re passionate about helping people and making a difference, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
  • Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or make changes to existing policy.
  • Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.

Compensation and Perks

  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $21.00
  • P&C License Reimbursement: Paid within 60 days of starting.
