Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, telephonic outreach, or patient engagement roles, preferably in healthcare or health tech. Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills are essential, along with the ability to manage high call volumes accurately and empathetically. Comfort with productivity targets, quality metrics, and technology like Google Suite and CRMs is required, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Familiarity with motivational interviewing, patient coaching, Medicare populations, medical terminology, and remote care delivery are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Care Advocate will conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce TailorCare's services and support program enrollment. Responsibilities include clearly and empathetically communicating the value proposition, building trust and rapport through active listening and motivational interviewing, and identifying/addressing patient barriers. The role requires demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and consistency in all interactions, accurately documenting patient interactions, and meeting performance targets for outreach, engagement, and enrollment. Additionally, the Care Advocate will coordinate patient handoffs, participate in team meetings, surface feedback for continuous improvement, and perform other assigned duties.
