Candidates must possess an active LCSW license with the willingness to obtain additional state licenses and maintain a clean licensure history for swift credentialing. A minimum of 5 years of active clinical practice combined with at least 3 years of experience leading clinical services, including demonstrated success in team management and service delivery, is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA or equivalent business experience, particularly in consulting, healthcare administration, or service line development, and prior experience developing new clinical service lines is strongly preferred. The ability to build from scratch, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving organizational needs is essential.
The Director of Behavioral Health will lead the end-to-end development of Solace's behavioral health service, creating a comprehensive strategy that integrates with primary advocate services. This includes developing compelling business cases, writing evidence-based clinical protocols and operational workflows, and designing staffing models to build a world-class team. The role involves implementing clinical quality frameworks, monitoring care outcomes, providing clinical supervision, and owning service performance post-launch through data analysis. Additionally, the Director will maintain direct clinical work to inform strategic decisions with real-world insights.
