Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer at a startup or SaaS company, preferably in Martech, with experience in the Commercial and Mid Market segment. A foundational understanding of AI and its business applications is required, along with expertise in presenting to various stakeholders from C-suite to practitioners. Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and using iPaas solutions is also necessary. Responsibilities

This includes uncovering customer goals, designing tailored solutions using the Jasper platform, supporting managed trials, and ensuring technical confidence. Responsibilities also involve serving as a product expert, leading value-based demonstrations, scoping custom solutions and integration workflows, and forging cross-functional partnerships with sales and product teams. Additionally, the role requires understanding and documenting product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers.
