Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or a similar customer-facing technical role within a B2B AI/ML environment, holding a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field. They should have experience delivering prototypes or products based on Generative AI or traditional ML-based solutions, along with a strong technical background encompassing cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations. Furthermore, candidates are expected to demonstrate a track record of successfully driving technical sales cycles with enterprise customers and possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment with high levels of freedom and ambiguity.
The Founding Solutions Engineer will own technical demonstrations, creating and delivering compelling product demos tailored to diverse audiences. They will lead proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, designing and implementing them to validate the platform’s value while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves guiding technical evaluations, collaborating internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and influence product development, and building technical assets such as demo environments and documentation. Additionally, the engineer will assist customers with onboarding and implementation, identify new use cases, and provide expertise in LLM tuning, addressing potential risks, deployment complexities, and operational inefficiencies.
